ALGUNAS NOCIONES PARA EL DESARROLLO DE ESTUDIOS PROSPECTIVOS EN EDUCACIÓN

Resumen

La tarea prospectiva requiere de un abordaje interdisciplinario, en la medida que la articulación de múltiples saberes contribuye a una mejor comprensión de las situaciones presentes y, por ello, a delinear futuros posibles escenarios más ricos en la caracterización de sus componentes políticos, sociales, económicos y culturales. En efecto, nociones procedentes de la sociología, la antropología, la economía, la ciencia política, entre otros, se requieren mutuamente en este desafío. El artículo avanzará en un planteo tal que, al situarlos en una perspectiva pedagógica, adquieren nuevos sentidos y retroalimentan sus propios campos disciplinares. 

Por otra parte, el artículo intenta acercarse a algunas iniciativas de política educativa en Uruguay en tiempos recientes, de modo de establecer un diálogo entre las nociones y las acciones que se despliegan en el contexto histórico correspondiente; esta discusión permitirá reinterpretar dichas nociones, con un telón de fondo entretejido por las relaciones entre política y ética.

Abstract

The prospective task requires an interdisciplinary approach, to the extent that the articulation of multiple knowledge contributes to a better understanding of present situations and, therefore, to delineate future possible richer scenarios in the characterization of its political, social, economic and cultural components. Indeed, notions from sociology, anthropology, economics, political science, among others, require each other in this challenge. The article will advance in such an approach that by placing them in a pedagogical perspective, they acquire new meanings and feed back their own disciplinary fields.

On the other hand, the article tries to approach some initiatives of educational policy in Uruguay in recent times, in order to establish a dialogue between the notions and the actions that unfold in the corresponding historical context; this discussion will allow to reinterpret these notions, with a backdrop interwoven by the relations between politics and ethics.
